Another Double Venus Review

Jonathan Minton (editor of Word/For Word) has performed an analytical review of Double Venus at eratio postmodern poetics. I find the review illuminating. It's always nice to have someone else teach you about your own work.

Here's a blurb-cloud excerpt: "for McCollough ... earth-bound subjectivity is not only a matter of metaphysics, but a matter of ethics. In Double Venus, the very act of perception, with all its implied lyricism and metaphysics, is an especially fertile ground for a thorough scrutiny of public life, as well as the responsibilities of subjectivity in determining public life."
